YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
All Levels
This class will focus on the most common yoga postures and will vary from a gentle class to a more vigorous class depending on the energy of the participants that day. All major muscles will be stretched and strengthened.  There will be Integration of asanas, meditation and breathing with a focus on cleansing the body of toxins through heat generation. This class will help awaken great health, vitality, mind and spirit thereby, reducing stress, increasing strength, improving flexibility and helping to balance the weight of your body. 

 
ULTIMATE YOGA FOR STRENGTH
Intermediate Levels
This class will focus on internal and external strength and power.  You will sweat and have fun at the same time!! Consisting of flowing yoga postures to keep your body moving and intended for those participants that want to work hard while focusing on the breath. All major muscles will be stretched and strengthened.  The body will be cleansed of toxins through heat generation and it will get stronger with every breath taken.  Be prepared to sweat!
